Makana is a1st Place award-winning Competition Soloist as well as a Best Dancer award recipient from the Conservatoire Artistique de Polynésie Française in Tahiti in December 2019. Most recently she placed 2nd & 3rd in solo competitions, and 3rd for Overall Soloist in her last event in 2020. Makana is a lead principal dancer in Hula, Tahitian & Maori Dance. She teaches Hula, Traditional 'Ori Tahiti and 'Ori Rau, a tradition-based dance infused with creative contemporary choreography. Her other classes include kids and adults Hip-Hop and Full-Body Fridays, a strength and conditioning class for dancers or anyone who wants a good workout.

Dorothy is a certified fitness instructor and created our Saturday morning Polynesian Dance Conditioning (PDC) Class. She is a lead principal dancer in Hula and Tahitian Mehura.
